Easily add Employees

When adding users using Takecontrol, those users can be made employees of the HRM system by simply enabling the HRM feature. Upon adding an employee, further information related HR functionality such as emergency contact detailsĀ  can be added.

Leave and Attendance

Quickly and easily generate reports regarding an employee’s attendance or leave usage. Employees can register their attendance online as well as apply for leave through Aura HRM. These would be escalated to a higher authority for approval, there by fully automating the process.
